She works closely with clients to develop data-driven solutions to help them reach their key constituents. Denise focuses on assisting companies and organizations in building and protecting their reputations, diagnosing complex communications issues, and navigating their corporate cultures.
As a global partner with Ketchum, the fifth-largest public relations firm in the world, she held various positions in the U.S., London, and Greater China. Her work with large multinational companies, including Johnson & Johnson, Royal Dutch Philips, and FedEx, on multi-layered global engagements is a hallmark of her career.
Denise has worked extensively across the corporate communications spectrum and specializes in corporate reputation management, global communications strategies, corporate communications, executive counseling, communications process optimization, media strategy, and crisis communications.
Recently, Denise came home to Cleveland. She is a graduate of Kent State University with a Bachelor of Science in journalism. She was a founding member of Global Women in PR, where she maintains an advisory role and is currently serving as a mentor as part of Empower, GWPR’s global mentoring program.
