Dix & Eaton Promotes Four Executives

CLEVELAND – October 26, 2016 – Dix & Eaton announced today the promotions of Nicolle Huffman to senior account executive; Angela Almasy and Megan Stinn to account executive; and Angel Seymour to office coordinator.

“Nicolle, Angela and Megan are exemplary young professionals whose expertise and experience reflect our clients’ need to employ an ever-changing range of communications tools to reach their target audiences, while Angel plays important roles in client and vendor relations,” said Lisa Rose, Dix & Eaton president. “We are proud to recognize their efforts through these promotions.”

Huffman’s responsibilities include integrated marketing communications, brand management, customer marketing, media relations, social media, and measurement and analytics. She joined Dix & Eaton in 2014 from PPG Industries, where she managed various internal communication initiatives and helped develop PPG’s community affairs strategy.

Previously, Huffman was with AkzoNobel, which was acquired by PPG in 2013. She was a key part of the integration team and managed the rebranding activities of all AkzoNobel facilities in North America. Huffman graduated cum laude from Baldwin Wallace University with a Bachelor of Arts in public relations and minors in Spanish and entrepreneurship.

Almasy, who joined Dix & Eaton in 2014 after completing an internship with the firm, has worked on numerous national media relations campaigns for clients, including strategy and outreach related to the 2016 Republican National Convention. She also plays key roles in research, content development, project management and communications strategy for clients in a variety of B2B industries.

Almasy interned at Edelman in Chicago, where she focused on health and nutrition communications. She graduated cum laude from The University of Akron, where she received a bachelor’s degree in nutrition and dietetics. She also holds a Master of Arts in Journalism & Mass Communication with a concentration in public relations from Kent State University.

Stinn, who specializes in marketing communications and media relations, helps clients develop communications strategies, build brand awareness and enhance their digital marketing presence. Stinn has experience with email marketing, social media, content marketing and analytics. In addition  to providing strategic counsel, she serves as project manager for brand launches, website development engagements and crisis communications preparedness programs.

Before joining Dix & Eaton in 2015, Stinn worked as a digital content strategist at Fathom, a digital marketing agency in Valley View, Ohio. She graduated cum laude from Marquette University in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, with a Bachelor of Arts degree in public relations. She also has a Google Analytics individual qualification.

Seymour’s responsibilities in her new role include client and vendor relations, procurement, facilities services and office support. Before joining Dix & Eaton in 2011, she held research and administrative positions with Buckingham, Doolittle, Burroughs, LLC and worked in preproduction and photography at The Alliance Review.
