CLEVELAND, OH – December 3, 2024 – Dix & Eaton today announced a recent hire and a promotion within its full-time professional staff. Kelly Luecke has joined the team as a vice president, and Vincent Dorsey has been promoted to assistant vice president.
Kelly has more than 20 years of experience creating and implementing communications, marketing and public relations plans for both nonprofit and for-profit businesses, events and live productions. As our senior PR practitioner in the marketing and PR practice, Kelly works with clients to build, protect and enhance their brands through proactive media outreach and impactful strategic messaging, particularly in the context of broader integrated communications programs.

Vincent has been with Dix & Eaton full-time since 2021, following a brief stint as a freelancer. His work encompasses project management and content creation for sustainability/environmental, social and governance (ESG) reports, as well as content development for clients’ social and internal employee channels. He also leads the firm’s work group for education and best practices to create documents optimized for accessibility.

Kelly joined Dix & Eaton in June 2024, after spending over 20 years creating publicity campaigns for well-known entertainment acts, plays and musicals. She also owned and was the sole publicist for her own public relations agency.
Her work at the firm includes managing a team of media strategists, creating strategic communications plans for our clients, crisis communications and reputation management and leading media training sessions to help our clients develop skilled spokespersons.
Kelly graduated from Bowling Green State University with a Bachelor of Arts in Communications.

Vincent has nearly 15 years’ experience as a journalist, corporate communications professional and nonprofit communications consultant. As a project leader and member of our Content Excellence team, he develops authentic, results-based messaging for a range of clients.
In addition to leading projects and developing content for Dix & Eaton clients, Vincent has been instrumental in the firm’s efforts to promote digital accessibility. He has led an internal workgroup that shares recommendations and best practices in this area.
Vincent holds a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism and Public Relations from the University of Akron’s Honors College.
