CLEVELAND, OH – March 30, 2023 – Dix & Eaton announced today the promotion of two members of the Cleveland-based firm. Lisa Zone and Kevin Poor have been promoted to senior managing director positions.

Lisa has been with the firm for 23 years and leads Dix & Eaton’s marketing and public relations practice. She has guided numerous organizations through branding processes and specializes in designing integrated communications strategies for businesses looking to scale up their messaging and brand reputation.
Kevin, who also serves as Dix & Eaton’s Creative Director, has devoted 22 years of his career to the firm. He easily forms strong working relationships with clients and transforms their strategies into creative concepts that fit both print and digital channels. In addition, he serves as a trusted advisor to clients who seek his guidance on strategy and creative direction.

Lisa began her career at Dix & Eaton in 1999 and spearheads the firm’s marketing and public relations practice. She helps clients define and implement strategies to engage customers, leads the firm’s major branding initiatives, develops product launch programs and helps both B2C and B2B companies recognize and enact the power of digital communications.
Lisa holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications from John Carroll University, where she currently serves as the president of the JCU Alumni Association Board and sits on the university’s Board of Directors. She actively contributes to our community, previously serving in roles with the Cleveland Leadership Center, the Diversity Center of Northeast Ohio and Dress for Success Cleveland. She is also a member of the American Marketing Association and was a former president of the American Advertising Federation – Cleveland.
About Kevin Poor
Kevin joined Dix & Eaton in 2000 and leads the creative department. He provides counsel for clients and designs concepts that align with their goals, and has worked on some of the firm’s largest projects. He specializes in visual communication and website strategy and development, digital advertising and corporate identity and collateral development.
Kevin holds a Master of Business Administration degree from The Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University, as well as a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications from the College of Wooster.
